- In-Play Suspensions: If the match is interrupted due to a critical event (VAR decision, third umpire review, red card, weather conditions), the match may be suspended in play. Markets affected by technical delays or incorrect pricing may be reviewed in accordance with platform rules.
- Abandoned or Postponed Events: If an official sporting event is postponed or abandoned, then wagers will be in effect if the event resumes within 24 hours. Settlement of postponed or abandoned events follows the platform’s applicable market rules.

If there is a dispute about the balance of an account, a settlement of a bet, or a dispute over platform policies, a resolution process is followed.
- Support Escalation: Provide the customer’s issue, account information, and transaction reference numbers to the customer support through the verified WhatsApp or internal helpdesk.
- Internal Review: The compliance team examines trade logs, market feeds and audit logs from the servers and provides a written opinion within 14 calendar days.
- Arbitration Jurisdiction: Any disputes are handled in accordance with the governing laws and dispute procedures specified by the platform.

No. After a back or lay wager is matched on the Laser247 exchange, the user can not cancel, edit or withdraw the wager.
